Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 8, 2025

SD6 Tools respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Fundamental principle: We do NOT collect, store, or sell ANY personally identifiable data on our servers. Your calculations and data remain private and on your device.

1. Information We Collect

Data We DO NOT Collect

We NEVER collect:

  • Name, address
  • Phone number or email
  • Personal financial information
  • Personal health data
  • Your calculations and results
  • Passwords or login information
  • Detailed browsing history

Automatically Collected Data (Analytics)

We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. Collected data is anonymous and aggregated:

Pages visited, device type, browser, operating system, language, approximate location (city/country), traffic source, site interactions.

This data helps us improve user experience, fix bugs, and optimize site performance.

IP addresses are collected in an anonymized manner to further protect your privacy.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous statistics about page visits, traffic sources, user behavior patterns, and to improve our services.

GA4 uses first-party cookies: _ga and _ga_<container-id> (both stored for 2 years) to distinguish unique users and track sessions.

Data collected includes: number of users, session statistics, approximate geolocation (city/country), browser and device information, IP address (used only to determine location, then automatically discarded), page views, and user interactions.

IP anonymization is automatic in Google Analytics 4 - IP addresses are used only to determine location data and are then discarded before being logged to any server.

User-level data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.

Data collected by Google Analytics is transferred to and processed by Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay technology. This helps us improve the user experience, optimize site performance, enhance security, and prevent fraudulent activities.

Clarity uses first-party and third-party cookies along with other tracking technologies to collect behavioral data.

Anonymous data collected includes: mouse movements, clicks, scroll depth, page interactions, device information, and session recordings. No personally identifiable information is collected.

Use cases: Site optimization, user experience improvement, security monitoring, and fraud prevention.

Data is retained for 30 days according to Microsoft's retention policies.

For more information about how Microsoft processes this data, please review the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Microsoft Privacy Statement

Clarity respects your consent choices through Google Consent Mode. If you refuse analytics cookies, Clarity will not collect detailed behavioral data.
